Training Solutions celebrates 100th corporate Flight Attendant Training Course

Swiss- based corporate flight attendant education specialist Training Solutions is celebrating 100 training courses in Customer Service Excellence & Soft Skills.

“Celebrating my 100th training course is an opportunity to say thank you to over 600 corporate flight attendants from 40 countries who have participated,” said Founder and Course Leader, Dietmar Duller. “These days business aviation companies want flexibility, and by travelling to our clients worldwide, we’re able to save them a lot of money.”

Corporate flight attendant training has already taken place in Baku (Azerbaijan), Manama (Bahrain) and Sonderborg (Denmark), as well as the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Greece and Switzerland. Every training course is conducted by Dietmar, to ensure consistency and quality at all times.

Additionally, since May 2010, monthly in-house training has been offered in Geneva.

“Apart from business aviation personnel, we’ve also welcomed flight attendants with a commercial aviation background – in first and business class – who seek an insight into the challenges (and beauty) of being a corporate flight attendant,” concluded Dietmar.

Since 2012 corporate flight attendant training in customer service excellence has also been offered in co-operation with Aircare Solutions FACTS Training, a world leader in crewmember emergency procedure training. This training is offered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands
