Five day courses in customer service excellence and crewmember emergency procedure training is offered in Amsterdam. Training Solutions has partnered with Aircare FACTS Training who provides a three day crewmember emergency procedure training for business aviation crewmembers which is considered the best in the world.

Aircare FACTS is a unique, human factors based, program designed to train Pilots and Flight Attendants in emergency evacuations, safety and survival procedures. The curriculum includes all the essential and required elements to providing safe, professional crew duties in the business aviation aircraft environment.

Training meets all applicable regulations for emergency procedures training as required under CFR Parts 91, 91k, 125, 135, JAR OPS1/EU-OPS, CARS and IS-BAO standards. Certificates of training are issued for one year.
