Friday 11th November:

Welcome drinks and dinner at one of London’s famous pubs with Richard
Cubbin, Executive Chef of Alison Price and Company, Daniel Hulme,
Director of Alison Price on Air, and Dietmar Duller, Founder and Course
Leader of Training Solutions

Saturday 12th November:

Hands on culinary training with Richard and Daniel, learn how to
present dishes like a professional chef with Alison Price on Air’s
revolutionary new system. Followed by customer service excellence
training with Dietmar

Sunday 13th November:

Customer Service Excellence Training with Dietmar, based on his “Learning by Doing” Philosophy

Training Solutions
WHAT WILL I RECEIVE?

You will recieve detailed and expert training in all aspects of service
and food styling. There will be an unlimited supply of fresh fruit,
pastries, tea, coffee and mineral water throughout the days, as well as
lunch on Saturday and Sunday.

You will receive recognized certificates complete with tailor made
booklets containing everything you have learnt, to take with you at the
end of the course.

The course takes place in our central London facility and runs from 9.00am to 6.00pm each day.

Course costs 1400 Swiss Francs
